Last updated: 2026-05-25. These terms govern ECU / TCU / CPC file services, performance parts supply, WinOLS-related software sales, plugin sales and renewal support.

Terms of Service Privacy Policy Cookie Policy EU Withdrawal Rights Motorsport Compliance Legal Notice Accessibility
Business identity, tax details and transaction-specific disclosures are confirmed in the Legal Notice, order confirmation, invoice or written commercial correspondence for the relevant order.

1. Contracting party

鈥淛WH-TUNER鈥? 鈥渨e鈥? 鈥渦s鈥?and 鈥渙ur鈥?refer to the operator identified in the Legal Notice. The website links to the secure JWH-TUNER portal for dealer login, file upload, order management and file delivery.

2. Services and products

We provide the following service categories:

  • ECU, TCU and CPC calibration file services;
  • project support, data support, OLS/OLSx/MapPack/Damos/A2L-related assistance;
  • performance hardware supply, including intercoolers, downpipes/front pipes, intake systems, water-methanol systems, HPFP, LPFP, flex-fuel/E85 recognition components and MPI injectors;
  • WinOLS 5 software sales assistance, plugin sales and annual renewal support, subject to applicable third-party license terms.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You must use all services and products only where lawful in the jurisdiction where the vehicle, software, file or component is used. You are responsible for confirming road legality, emissions compliance, type approval, insurance impact, warranty impact and inspection rules before ordering or installing any file or part.

We do not sell or provide services for unlawful road use, emissions defeat, concealment of defects, manipulation of odometer or safety systems, or any use that breaches applicable vehicle, environmental, consumer, intellectual-property or software licensing laws.

4. Quotes, orders and payment

Website content is not a binding offer unless an order flow explicitly states otherwise. A contract is formed only after we confirm acceptance of your order or quote. Paid checkout for EU consumers identifies the total price, taxes, delivery costs, main characteristics and a final button labelled with an unambiguous payment obligation.

5. Digital files and immediate performance

Calibration files and software-support deliverables are treated as digital content or digital services where consumer law classifies them that way. EU/EEA consumers who request immediate performance before the 14-day withdrawal period expires give express consent and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once performance starts or the digital content is delivered, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Hardware supply

Hardware availability, fitment and delivery times must be confirmed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise in a written quote, installation, coding, inspection, road approval, customs clearance and taxes are not included.

7. WinOLS, plugins and third-party software

WinOLS, EVC products, plugins, checksum modules and other third-party software remain subject to their respective owners' license terms. We do not grant rights beyond the license granted by the relevant rights holder.

8. Customer files and intellectual property

You must have the right to upload, copy and request work on any file or data you provide. You retain ownership of your original data. We retain rights in our know-how, workflows, documentation, calibration methods and non-customer-specific materials.

9. No guarantee of power, road legality or compatibility

Power figures, performance targets and compatibility estimates depend on fuel, hardware, environment, mechanical condition, software version, dyno type and installation quality. No road legality, emissions approval or inspection pass is promised unless expressly confirmed in writing by a qualified approval body for the relevant market.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights, intentional misconduct, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for unlawful use, incorrect installation, unsuitable hardware, undisclosed vehicle condition, third-party software restrictions, motorsport risk, inspection failure, warranty loss or consequential losses.

11. Consumer rights

EU/EEA consumers have mandatory rights under consumer law, including withdrawal rights, remedies for defective digital content/services and legal guarantees for goods. See the EU Withdrawal Rights page for the consumer notice.

12. Disputes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. The European ODR platform has been discontinued from 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. EU consumers use national ADR bodies or the EU Consumer Redress Portal where available.

13. Changes

We update these terms for legal, operational or product changes. The version shown on this page applies from the date above unless a separate signed contract states otherwise.
